Assistant Property Manager, Kenneth Adams is responsible for managing the Nelson Hall Homes for Compass. Along with being a staff member for almost five years, Kenneth also holds Professional Licensure in the funeral industry. He is passionate about helping people who are in need and shows this through his work with foster children. He loves helping the residents of Nelson Hall, making people laugh, and answering their questions. His frequent companion on the job, an Australian Shepard named Smokey, loves tagging along to visit residents. Kenneth and his wife, Sandy, have been married for over 35 years. The couple have one son and daughter-in-law. Sandy and Kenneth have been members of the Cavanaugh Free Will Baptist Church for over 40 years. Kenneth is an Ordained Deacon. He loves working with Compass as he says that the team "refuses to engage in gossip, mockery, or pettiness. We build trust among those around us because we demonstrate that we will show them the same respect when they are absent - and trust is a cornerstone for any successful team.'

Mitch Minnick, president of Compass Realty and Construction Group and executive director of the Fort Smith Housing Authority, is a certified professional community and economic developer. A native of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Mitch has lived in Fort Smith for the past 15 years. He likes this area for its friendly citizens, beautiful scenery and central location among several other Arkansas and Oklahoma metro areas. Mitch describes himself as driven and empathetic, and he is passionate about Compass Realty's nonprofit mission to help those in need and to re-invest in local communities.

Sarah Edwards works as Controller and financial managers for Compass' day to day operations. She also works in finance managing the Fort Smith Housing Authority. A graduate of University of Arkansas, Sarah graduated Cum Laude and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Webster University. She has been on our staff for nearly 5 years. Working with Compass, she finds validation in knowing that they change the course of someone's life for the better by helping them live a better quality of life. Sarah likes traveling, cooking, reading, and watching her kids play sports. She's passionate about her family and spending time with them. Sarah aspires to be the kind of person to lift others up and encourage them through kind words, actions, or gifts. She and her husband, Zach, have four children and attend the Immaculate Conception Parish church in Fort Smith.
