Collier County Community Land Trust, Inc., (CCCLT) is a countywide community based non-profit organization founded in 2020 with funding from the Local Housing Trust Fund... The Collier County Community Land Trust (CCCLT) was formed in early 2020 to help address the need for affordable housing in Collier County. The effort was initiated with funding provided by Collier County government through the Local Housing Trust Fund. The Board of County Commissioners voted to approve funding for Housing Development Corporation of SW Florida, Inc., d/b/a HELP, in October 2019 to launch a community land trust. An initial Board of Directors with a wide range of experience and skills was seated as of March, 2020. In April 2021, CCCLT received the prestigious designation of Certified Community Land Trust from the Florida Community Land Trust Institute.
