Armando Ramirez

As Food Evolution's director of operations for over 20 years, Armando Ramirez oversaw 500+ employees and helped grow revenue from $0 to $30MM+ per year. In charge of operations, purchasing, inventory, logistics, production employees, food costs, and assembly while also leading all facility compliance: USDA, SQF, FDA. Not only does Armando have knowledge in food production and shipping, but he is also an executive chef, having run Food Evolution's catering division that grew to $5MM+.

Jamie Moriarty

Jamie Moriarty is an experienced entrepreneur that has founded companies in consumer packaged goods, (Uber Dispensing Co.) technology, (Pauwow) and brokerage and consulting (R.F.Queue). A motivated "problem solver", Jamie is driven by identifying, and providing the best solution, in solving a customer's pain point. As a startup founder, his passions have led him to work in product development, design and operations. In addition to his primary job functions, Jamie has most recently been recognized by InterCon as a 2020 top 50 tech leader for his overall impact on the tech industry and spirit of innovation. Jamie has his bachelor's degree from Cornell University's School of Hotel and Restaurant Administration. He also competed in the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Games as a member of the United States Bobsled Team.

You may know him from his work as the co-founder at Food Evolution and more recently leading the vision of expansion with the acquisitions of a food processing plant in Texas and California based Fresh & Ready Foods.

Larraine Lake

Larraine Lake brings over 20 years of experience in e-commerce, procurement, sales, customer service, and supply chain management with a focus on the food industry. During her 17 years at Peapod, the pioneering online grocery retailer, Larraine developed expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and cold chain operations to optimize processes that drove efficiency and profitability. At ColdChain 3PL, she leverages this experience to enhance customer satisfaction, improve service delivery, and drive business growth. Outside of work, Larraine is a passionate contributor within the nonprofit community, earning the Melvin Jones Award from Lions Club International. She served 17 years on the Chicago Meals on Wheels Golf Committee raising funds to fight hunger of seniors. Larraine holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from DePaul University.
