In fact, 10% of all of our company's net profits are donated to our sister company, Community Development Alliance Group, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit, IRS registered 501(c)(3) public charity whose mission is to solve the affordable housing crisis by revitalizing targeted communities through renovating distressed properties, developing new homes, and providing affordable housing options and solutions to qualified buyers and renters through various sales and rental programs... Community Construction Services, LLC. is solely a Project Management Consultant and is not a licensed contractor or contracting entity. All work performed will be appropriately permitted as required by law and will be completed by licensed and insured contractors for each specific trade.
