COOKHAM ANGLERS

A River Thames-based angling club controlling fishing from Cookham road bridge upstream to Bourne End railway bridge on the south bank of the river. Affiliation to the Thames Valley Angling Association gives members access to several other stretches of the Thames nearby, the Jubilee River, the Slough Arm of the Grand Union Canal, two sections around Oxford plus a stretch of the Wey Navigation Channel near Byfleet, Surrey... The river at Cookham holds a wide variety of species and has recently produced some exceptional specimens...
