COUNTERPOWER

We are a communist political organization based in the U.S. empire. We are committed to building a people's movement capable of leading a global socialist revolution in transition to communism. This socialist revolution will overthrow and abolish the global system of capitalist-imperialism, liberate the masses of workers and all oppressed peoples, and establish the foundations for the development of communism: a classless, stateless, decolonized, feminist, ecological, and democratic society. To achieve these objectives, we work to build people's mass organizations, defense organizations, and revolutionary party organizations in all areas of social life, and to unite these disparate forms of struggle as a system of counterpower capable of challenging the capitalist state for hegemony and leading the socialist transition to communism.
