Richard designs eye-catching artwork reflecting the inspiration that drives entrepreneurship and fuels business growth. When Richard isn't creating logos, websites, and all kinds of beautiful things, you might see him among the Timbers Army at Major League Soccer matches in Portland.

Mark drives the overall strategy, growth, and success of Crest. He started his marketing career at Wieden+Kennedy, working with Nike, Target, and pro bono clients. Most recently, he was VP of Marketing for the Portland Timbers and Thorns. Outside of work, he can be found on the sidelines of his sons' soccer games and soaking up every bit of Oregon's sunshine.

Matthew is the lead storyteller for Crest clients, working with senior executives to develop a strong brand narrative. Matthew has worked in cleantech as a marketing leader, a business owner, and a journalist, since 2009.

Robert draws on business strategy consulting experience to develop growth plans for Crest clients, many of whom come to us through the affiliated consultancy Cross Consulting Services. Little-known fact: Robert learned screenwriting at NYU.
Roscoe sets the creative vision for Crest clients, directing the output of our photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and animators. Prior to joining Crest, Roscoe worked on visual asset production in professional soccer and pro basketball.
Shelly provides support on our campaign work with manufacturers in the solar-plus-storage industry. When she isn't moonlighting at Crest, Shelly helps product developers accelerate the launch of new battery technologies at Polaris Battery Labs.
