Brian has nineteen years of public accounting experience in tax assistance and compliance with clients from start-up to dissolution and from individuals to multinational corporations. Brian has experience serving clients in the insurance, manufacturing, technology, entertainment, oil & gas, not-for-profit, wholesale, retail and professional services.
Before joining CT+M, Brian worked at PricewaterhouseCooper, LLP, where he focused on clients in the entertainment and media field.
Brian earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and Masters in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.
Brian is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Clark is CT+M's managing partner. He has over twenty years of progressive audit and tax experience in public accounting. Clark has significant experience with GAAP and statutory audits of property & casualty insurance companies, life, accident & health insurance companies as well as Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO). He also has experience with the following industries: technology, not-for-profit, manufacturing, service contract providers and warranty.
Clark earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston - Clear Lake.
Clark is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is currently a certified public accountant in the states of Texas, Colorado, Virginia and California.
Rich is a Tax Director at CT+M. Rich's experience includes over thirty years of public accounting with international public accounting firms. To stay current, Rich attends the Insurance Tax Conference annually as well as numerous other tax conferences.
Rich served as an adjunct professor at the University of North Texas and also taught numerous tax and accounting courses at the University of Texas, the University of Arizona and Texas State University - San Marcos. Before joining CT+M, Rich was a Tax Director with Deloitte and Touche as well as the Tax Director for Temple Inland Financial Services. Rich was instrumental in the reform of insurance taxation in the mid-80's as member of the Congressional Joint Committee on Taxation.
Rich earned his Bachelor of Science from State University of New York. He also holds a Master in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.

Scott is an audit director for audits of numerous GAAP and statutory audits. He has 11+ years of public accounting experience including significant experience with GAAP and statutory audits of property & casualty insurance companies, life, and accident & health insurance companies. His work also focuses on not-for-profit, employee benefit plans and technology industry sectors.
Scott earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Accountancy (MAcy) from Texas State University.
