Selwyn was an enthusiastic 100/200m sprinter until his mid-50s.

Sue was ranked equal 6 th in UK for junior girls 100m, competed at English Schools (Junior Girls:100m, Senior Girls: 400m) and was Southern Inter-Counties 400m Champion

Rob is a Member of the Dacorum AC road runners and Vets team and is a former Triathlete and Rugby League Player & Coach.
