Ademola Adeyemi

He is a Fellow (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He commenced his professional career with Akintola Williams & Co. in 1988 (Now Akintola Williams, Delloite) a firm of Chartered Accountants and Consultants which exposed him to series of audits and consulting services in sectors such as banking (including CBN), manufacturing, Oil and Gas, etc. He was also thoroughly raised in control and accounting system designs, tax management, process re-engineering and structuring. He joined the banking industry in 1994 and has extensive experience in Banking operations, business development and Credit Risk Management & Control.

Goddy Oghenesede Oki

Goddy has over twenty-five years banking, consulting and oil and gas experience with 18 years at senior/executive management positions. His experience spans all major areas of core banking which includes Chief Credit Officer, Head of Agricultural lending, Regional Bank Head, Risk management and control, Head of Debt Recovery, Group Head, Area Manager, Relationship Manager etc. He has in depth knowledge of the offshore support vessel and subsea engineering business as well as financing and auditing/ business consulting. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He is also an alumnus of the London Business School

Kehinde Lawanson

Kehinde Lawanson is an astute banker with over 30 years banking experience. His wealth of experience has been gathered across all the major segments of banking. He last served as the Executive Director of First Bank Nigeria before retiring. He also served on the board of Airtel and Financial Institution training centre owned by CBN and banks amongst other board seats. Lawanson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Estate Management from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the University of Lagos. He has a rich working experience in banking with exposure in investment and commercial banking. He has attended so many international courses and he is an alumnus of Harvard University.

Peter Ameadaji

Mr. Ameadaji is currently the Managing Partner of PAC Solicitors, one of the leading Commercial and IT Law Firms in Nigeria. In his practice he has played lead roles in the legal structuring and documentation of several major IT Projects, Technological companies, Commercial and Corporate Finance transactions in Nigeria. Peter Ameadaji was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1984 after his post graduation program at the Nigerian Law School, Lagos. Mr. Ameadaji obtained a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the IESE Business School, Barcelona, Spain. He served on the pioneer Board of Trustees of the Nigeria Internet Group (NIG) and currently serves on the board of several public and private companies.

Tunde Lemo

Tunde Lemo is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria as well as a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers with significant leadership and top management experience in both the public and private sectors spanning over 35 years. Tunde Lemo served as the MD/CEO of WEMA Bank strategically positioning her as one of the top banks in Nigeria as at 2003. He recently retired as the Deputy Governor of CBN, a position he held for 10 years playing key roles in the consolidation of the banking sector and also in the transformation of the National Payments System for widespread use of electronic payments. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of several companies including FERMA, Lambeth Capital, Titan Trust Bank Ltd and Flutterwave; and previously sat on the board of Africa Finance Corporation and GlaxoSmithKline. . He has attended many international trainings including Wharton Business school, University of Pennsylvania
