Dolores Crazover, founder and CEO of DEI & You Consulting, is a leading expert in diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), and inclusive leadership. Dolores is also a multilingual public speaker covering all aspects of DEI and has spoken at major events hosted by entities such as Women's Leadership Network (Estée Lauder Companies), and HUB Institute (Sustainable Leaders Forum).
Israel Greene is a Professional Speaker, Certified Diversity Executive candidate and Leadership Trainer & Coach. He has been recognised as one of the ‘Top Ten Trending DEI Training Experts' by All American Entertainment.
He specialises in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Leadership development to ensure companies are implementing global best practices and are fully equipped to handle the ever-changing landscape around DEI strategy.
As well as being a member of the DEI and You Consulting team, he is a certified member of The John Maxwell Team, a Certified International DiSC Practitioner, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from the University of Arizona Global, along with a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Purdue University.

Mel anie Jacob is a St. Lucian-born Diversity & Inclusion Consultant. She holds a BA (Hons.) French & Spanish and an MA Communications, Media & PR.
Thanks to her diverse personal and professional experiences, she is able to advise media agencies on how they can create and produce more inclusive media content that reflects the lived experiences of those around them. She also delivers services (webinars, workshops and one-on-one coaching) to any individual or organisation that is curious about living in a more equitable and inclusive world. Through her workshops, she helps teams reimagine a work culture that respects the uniqueness of each individual's background in the hope that no one will ever feel ignored again.
