EARLE "MAC" MARSH

Captain Earle Marsh began his career at the Columbia Police Department in 1991 as a Police Cadet. After graduating from the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy in 1993, Captain Marsh was assigned to the North Region as a Patrolman. In 1998, he was assigned to The Organized Crime Narcotics Unit as a Narcotics Case Agent and Narcotics K-9 Handler. During his time in the Narcotics Unit, he was attached to the FBI Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force and the DEA Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force. In 2006, he was promoted to Sergeant and assigned to the North Region Community Response Team as the Unit Supervisor. Captain Marsh achieved the rank of Lieutenant in 2010 where he served as the Executive Officer in the North Region as well as the city wide Watch Commander. In January 2011, he was tasked with officially opening the East Region where he served as the Acting Captain until July of 2011 when he was appointed to rank of Captain and assigned to the Metro Region as the Metro Region Commander until the end of 2015. Captain Marsh is currently assigned to Special Operations as the Division Commander. He was selected to become a member of the Columbia Police Department's SWAT Team in 2001 as a SWAT Team Operator. And in 2007, he was appointed to the SWAT Team Leader position. In 2010, the Chief of Police appointed Captain Marsh to SWAT Team Commander. In 2015, the Columbia Police Department centralized their critical response teams (SWAT, Negotiations, Mobile Field Force, and Bomb Unit) into an Emergency Response Unit (ESU). Captain Marsh is currently the Commander of ESU.

J.P. HARVEY

Lieutenant J.P. Harvey began his law enforcement career in the Town of Palm Beach in 2004 before joining the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office in 2006. During his law enforcement career, he has served in a variety of positions to include Road Patrol, Community Policing, SWAT, and Motors. As a supervisor, he has been a Patrol Sergeant, a Special Investigations Detective Sergeant, an Honor Guard squad leader, a Watch Commander, and the Executive Officer for the City of Greenacres. Currently, J.P. serves as the Commander of the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office Canine Unit, where he is responsible for 55 active canine teams trained in a variety of patrol and/or detection work. In addition to being an instructor at the Police Academy at Palm Beach State College for over a decade, J.P. holds numerous high liability police instructor certificates. He has also attended numerous management and leadership classes, including the FBI LEEDA Leadership Trilogy, and he is a graduate of the 132 nd Administrative Officers Course at Southern Police Institute. He holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Barry University and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Louisville. J.P. is a veteran of the United States Army, where he served as an Infantryman both domestically and overseas. He and his family live in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and are active within the community.

Kelle Corvin

Kelle Corvin has been an integral part of Leaders Helping Leaders Network since its inception. With more than 25 years of experience in local public administration, she brings a unique perspective to LHLN. Her background in public administration and organizational development as well as her lifelong support of law enforcement has made her an enthusiastic promoter of leadership development for law enforcement and other professionals. Kelle's experience managing several special and complex projects including bringing together several distinct players each with their own agendas, provides her with a unique perspective on local government and its importance to economic and community development. She enjoys learning new things and finding unique ways to apply that knowledge to help others. Kelle has been, and is still, actively involved within her community serving as PTA president at both the local and regional levels as well as leadership roles with local non-profits and her church. Kelle has received numerous awards recognizing her service including Greenville's Best and Brightest under 35; the Missouri City Manager's Association Assistant City Manager of the Year; and PTA Lifetime Achievement Award. Kelle is a Rotary Paul Harris Fellow and a graduate of Leadership Missouri, Leadership Greer, and Leadership Simpsonville. Kelle is an alumnus of the University of Kansas, Lawrence with a Master of Arts degree in Public Administration. Kelle also earned her South Carolina Economic Developer's Certification from the College of Charleston while serving the city of Mauldin, South Carolina and she is certified in DISC, PIAV (Motivators) and EQi assessment tools. Kelle lives in Greer, South Carolina with her husband, John, their dog, Mocha and their cat, Jack. Together, they have two adult daughters, Madeline and Olivia and a grandpup, Jaeger. In her spare time, Kelle is an avid reader and enjoys a variety of hobbies in her free time.

KIM CRISP

Kim graduated from Western Governors University with a BSN in Nursing. She still practices nursing to this day, but she also handles the invoices, payments, and business accounts for LHLN. If you ever need to pay an invoice, request an invoice, or require an expense report, Kim is the one to talk to. Kim is married to Dean Crisp and they both reside in Mills River, NC with their 2 fur babies, Chachee and Baxter. They also have twin boys and 8 grandchildren. In her spare time, Kim likes to repurpose vintage furniture, quilts, and feed sacks. She frequently participates in Vintage Markets and is a novice at embroidering. When she is not doing any of the above, she loves spending most of her time with her family and her dogs.

MEKENZIE CRAIG

Mekenzie graduated from Appalachian State University in 2014 with a Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design. She was also one of the few in her graduating class who graduated cum laude. Mekenzie has had her own photography business "Mekenzie Craig Photography" since 2014 and has done some graphic design freelancing work since then, as well. Mekenzie recently married her husband, Jesse, in June of 2020 and they live right outside of Asheville, NC. She enjoys hiking, calligraphy, and spending time with family and friends in her free time. In addition to running the day-to-day operations for LHLN, you will see Mekenzie's creativity and graphic design talent on not only our website, but also on our many flyers, business cards, brochures, and various other marketing items for LHLN. She also uses her photography skills in taking photos for the company as needed.
