Board of Director and Company Representative Worldwide, Giacometto has an extensive background in political, military, private, and public sector service. He also has a wide range of applicable experience in the areas of advising, founding, strategically building, operating, and managing private sector companies. In Government, he has served as a County Magistrate, a State Legislator, and was appointed by President George H. W. Bush and confirmed by the United States Senate to serve as a United States Marshal. He has also held Cabinet positions for two Governors; serving as Montana's Secretary of Agriculture and a member of the Northwest Power Planning Council, as well as the Chief of Staff to a United States Senator. He is currently an Honorary Consul for Mongolia in the United States. In the business world, Giacometto's first business endeavor was to purchase his family's ranching operation in Alzada, Montana. He was also a Director for Tri-State Farmers and Ranchers Cooperative, which served MT, WY, and SD. He also served as an Executive for Morrison Knudsen and Washington Group International both some of the largest engineering and construction companies in the world. He went on to advise dozens of fortune 500 companies as well as helping dozens of startup companies. He is currently working on several startups as well now has established business in Bahrain, Mongolia, Iraq, and is now beginning operations in Africa and India. Giacometto also served 23 years in the United States Army and Reserves, retiring at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He was stationed in Panama as a member of the U.S. Army's equivalent to a SWAT Team and later served his last 8 years in the State Department's Counterterrorism Section, where he was deployed around the world. To use his experience Giacometto founded GAGE International to provide business development and consulting services to companies worldwide and serves as an advisor to several companies internationally

After receiving his bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Salahaddin University in Erbil, Kurdistan, he provided financial management and oversight for a wide array of private sector companies, including manufacturing, security services, retailing, logistic, general trading, construction, and consulting companies. Mr. Jameel served as CFO of Manager Security Company, one of the leading private security companies in the Kurdistan and is the former CFO at Karin Industrial Group one of the first companies to provide industrial automation services in Iraq. Mr. Jameel is a true entrepreneur and the Founder and CEO of two successful Kurdistan-based companies. Rise Force General Trading Co. is a global trading company that imports a wide range of consumer products for sale Kurdistan and Iraq, and exports Iraq-based goods around the globe. Best Immigration Service Co. is an immigration and visa services company that assists Kurdistan-based companies identify and vet qualified foreign workers and helps foreign workers obtain required work and travel visas. Since 2016, Mar. Jameel is serving as Iraq Country Director at GAGE International. Over the past few years has established a proven track record of navigating both the public and private sectors and has been instrumental in assisting Gage International and their clients on numerous projects, including: private sector security, oil and gas exploration, refining of precious metals, transportation and logistics, international restaurant franchising, and construction projects.

Mr. Saleem's successful career leads to take a Board of Director and Sales Manager at Light Up Company, One of the biggest Lightning products distributors in KRG and Iraq.
