Alice Paré

Since opening the firm in 1991, Alice has been working closely with clients and helping them accomplish their goals. Alice has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Microbiology from the State University of New York, a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics from Pace University, and a law degree (JD) from Brooklyn Law School in Brooklyn, New York. She is also a current member of the Montgomery County Bar Association, the American Bar Association (ABA), and the American Trial Lawyers Association.

Chris Kaczmarek

Since graduating from Georgetown University Law Center in 2016, Chris has dedicated his entire legal career to family law and now focuses exclusively on issues involving gender bias and father's rights. Chris is a single Dad who shares legal and physical custody with his child's mom. Chris understands how destructive divorce litigation can be from multiple perspectives and he does his best to spare his clients those lessons. While Chris believes in reaching fair resolutions for his clients through the mediation process, Chris is ready to defend his clients goals as necessary. Chris is a compassionate listener and fearless advocate.

David J. Marquardt

Since graduating from law school in 2004, David Marquardt has focused his practice on all aspects of divorce and family law, and is licensed in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. He has extensive experience handling all types of cases, including divorce, property division, financial support, child custody, and protective orders. The best family law attorneys are those who understand they are helping people through one of the most difficult periods in their lives. In keeping with this spirit, David is particularly invested in helping his clients achieve a better future for themselves and for their families. Although he works tirelessly toward obtaining an amicable resolution that is in the best interest of his clients, he also meticulously prepares his cases in the event court intervention is required. Born and raised in Montgomery County, Maryland, David holds a law degree from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Richmond in Richmond, Virginia. Following law school, David returned to his hometown, where he takes pride in bettering his community. David has received the prestigious AV Preeminent rating (the highest possible rating) for ethical standards and legal ability from Martindale-Hubbell. He has also been recognized in SuperLawyers magazine, named in the Best Lawyers in America, and given a perfect 10.0 Avvo rating. In his spare time, David loves spending time with his children, playing soccer, testing every new Oreo flavor, and volunteering for local charities.
