He developed a significant part of his career in the field of operations and projects in multinational mining companies, where he came to be General Manager at Los Bronces Mine for Minera Disputada Las Condes (currently Anglo American), and later on dedicated himself to the field of human capital, occupying positions such as Human Resources and Operational Excellence Manager for Esso Chile Petrolera y Minera Disputada Las Condes, and Strategic Development Project Director, Human Resources for Anglo American.

Juan Enrique Schiesewitz

Juan Enrique is an Officer from the Chilean Air Force and has formal studies in Global Management Program - UCLA (USA), Influences Skills Program - Shepard Moscow (USA) and is Green Belt Six Sigma - BHP Billiton (Chile), among others. He began his professional path in the commercial and production fields for Mobil Oil Corporation, where he promptly began developing an executive career, having held the position of Human Resources Manager at Copec Mobil (Chile), and later consolidated his career in BHP Billiton (Chile), where he came to be Human Resources & Communications Manager for Cerro Colorado and Human Resources Manager for Escondida.
