Bianca studied Social Work at Universidad Catolica de Chile, she holds HR Management and Organizational Development Diplomas, both from Universidad de Chile.
Since beginning of her professional development she has been committed herself to the field of human capital for the mining sector, having previously provided her services as Senior Consultant, through different companies, and leading training and lay off programs for Codelco's various divisions.
Carolina studied Psychology at Universidad de Chile, holds a Masters Degree in HR Management and holds specialization certifications in Targeted Selection Interviews and Competencies Models.
Since beginning of her professional development she has been committed herself to the field of human capital, having developed a solid career and occupying positions such as Head of Recruitment and Selection for Corporacion Administrativa del Poder Judicial and for Servicio Civil.
Daniela studied Psychology at Universidad Diego Portales (Chile) and holds a Diploma on Business Administration - Universidad de Chile.
She engaged in the field of human capital in the mining sector since her role as Recruitment and Selection Specialist at BHP, in Chile.
Deise studied Psychology and holds an MBA from Centro Universitario Salesiano de Sao Paulo (Brazil).
She began her professional path in the academic sector to later engage in the human capital area as Consultant in recruitment and selection.
Ivan studied Mine Engineering at Universidad de Chile and has a Master´s Degree in Industrial Engineering from University of California (USA). He has formal studies in Leadership for Extraordinary Performance - University of Virginia (USA), and Consulting Skills and Influencing - by Exxon Mobil and Forum Consulting, among others.
He developed a significant part of his career in the field of operations and projects in multinational mining companies, where he came to be General Manager at Los Bronces Mine for Minera Disputada Las Condes (currently Anglo American), and later on dedicated himself to the field of human capital, occupying positions such as Human Resources and Operational Excellence Manager for Esso Chile Petrolera y Minera Disputada Las Condes, and Strategic Development Project Director, Human Resources for Anglo American.

Juan Enrique is an Officer from the Chilean Air Force and has formal studies in Global Management Program - UCLA (USA), Influences Skills Program - Shepard Moscow (USA) and is Green Belt Six Sigma - BHP Billiton (Chile), among others.
He began his professional path in the commercial and production fields for Mobil Oil Corporation, where he promptly began developing an executive career, having held the position of Human Resources Manager at Copec Mobil (Chile), and later consolidated his career in BHP Billiton (Chile), where he came to be Human Resources & Communications Manager for Cerro Colorado and Human Resources Manager for Escondida.
Liz studied Industrial Engineering at Universidad de Lima (Peru), holds a Master degree from Universidad ESAN (Peru), and a Human Resources Diploma from Universidad Catolica del Peru.
Since beginning of her professional development she has been committed herself to the field of human capital and has alternated her professional development in Downing Teal with her work in other Peruvian companies, where she has occupied positions such as Human Capital Manager at Grupo Salinas and Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition, Training, Development and Organizational Effectiveness at Banco Pichincha.

He has dedicated most part of his career in the commercial and human capital fields for mining suppliers, mainly at Orica, having held the position of HR Vice President for Latin America.
Macarena studied Business Management at Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria (Chile), she holds HR Management and Leadership and Coaching Diplomas, both from Universidad Adolfo Ibañez (Chile), and is certified as Ontological Coach - Newfield Network (Chile).
She initiated her professional development at Downing Teal, which she has alternated with work for other companies, having held positions of Finance and Administration Manager Chile-Peru for Newfield Network and Head of Finance & Administration Chile-Argentina for Explorations VP of Hochschild Mining.

Since the beginning of his professional path, at Minera Disputada de Las Condes, he has dedicated himself to the field of human capital, thus developing a solid executive career in that area, where he filled positions such as Human Resources VP for BHP Billiton-Base Metals and Human Resources Corporate Manager at Antofagasta Minerals.
