Dr. Kirby Smith began practicing in 1984 in Austin, TX. An Arkansas native, he returned home in 1994 and practiced in Little Rock, AR until 2001. In 2002, Dr. Smith began practicing in North Little Rock, AR where he has operated in a total of 3 locations as we continue to grow, including our current one since August of 2017.
