The DVIC'S area of responsibility (AOR) consists of 12 counties across four states that border the Delaware River. The DVIC's primary AOR is made up of five Pennsylvania counties - Bucks, Delaware, Chester, Montgomery and Philadelphia. The DVIC also supports the following counties in collaboration with their state and or regional fusion centers - New Castle County, Delaware; Cecil County, Maryland; and Burlington, Camden, Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem counties in New Jersey.
