International business development expert with a proven track record in the identification and execution of business opportunities spanning across multiple regions, including MENA, Southeast Asia, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Western Europe, Africa and Latin America. Accomplished in delving deeply into every industry he focuses on, reaching very deep levels of understanding in the textile industry, for example, Mr. Degenhart became the youngest vice president of the Apparel and Textiles Manufacturers Guild of Guatemala, as well as a government appointed quota negotiator with the US government at the young age of 23.
He created, and then successfully sold, an apparel factory in El Salvador to a US corporation through a multimillion dollar operation at 33 years of age. In the technology industry, he led a project for PwC, IBM and a private Guatemalan corporation to create the first commercial data center and ASP in Guatemala, which was later sold to the regional representative of IBM for Central America, GBM, S.A. also for a multimillion dollar amount.
He also continues to hold a 50% share in a regional APP manufacturing company which sells technology to a regional Central American bank group. He has also developed several local and regional businesses in the biomedical field, representing Chinese, Korean and European suppliers of test equipment to identify Covid19.
His latest venture, and perhaps his most exciting one, is the development of a global distribution network to provide a multitude of countries across the world with antimicrobial technology capable of controlling not only Covid19 but a whole variety of viruses, bacteria and fungi which have pathogenic capabilities against not only humans but also poultry, pork, and a variety of food producing plants.

Frank has a diversified entrepreneurial background with over 30 years of business experience in real estate finance and securities and venture capital.
During the 1980's Frank represented real estate development companies August Financial as Vice President of Investor Relations for Northern California, Fox Capital as Vice president of ten US western states representing the companies to numerous NASD registered investment companies and their clients raising in excess of $200 million a year of private and public funding's.
Entering into the "Venture Capital" arena in the 1990's, Frank managed a series of successful capital raises for private companies in Real Estate Development, Telecommunications Industry with the focus of Wireless Cable Television technologies private funding in excess of $50 million.
As a native Californian, Frank studied the beginnings of the Medical Marijuana Industry's development from its early inception in 1996 through to its current rapid growth stage he consulted with US and international companies seeking capital and human resources to develop cannabis and CBD Hemp companies to operate in California and Hawaii to bring medical grade products to the market. Through this effort he has raised more than $12 million for these cannabis and hemp companies and managed investor relations and communications.
In 2019 he created E. F. Global Effect LLC and subsequently E. F. Global AMP Vietnam with partners to develop opportunities and business development in Regenerative Medicine Labs for Stem cells and Exosome products through domestic and international distribution agreements to supply the ever-growing needs for these products and treatments worldwide. Frank and his team created distribution partnerships to bring these products as well as personal protection solutions for private and industrial clients. With the onset of the 2019 Global Covid -19 Pandemic the addition of products that consist of various forms of Anti-Microbial surface and textile protective coatings along with anti-microbial agricultural products and technologies were brought into distribution on a global scale to mitigate the effects of viruses and pathogens that adversely effect the health of people, animals, and commercial crops.

Luong Dieu Oai is trained in Germany as a mechanical engineer with 30 years of experience in thermo mechanical engineering both in Germany and in Vietnam. He specializes in the design, supply and installation of industrial boiler systems and in providing advanced MEP solutions for several projects in Vietnam including high-rise buildings, hotels and resorts, factories and industrial parks as an independent technical consultant. He was part of the VinFast automotive technical team in Vietnam before joining EF Global AMP as Head of Technology Division and Executive Assistant to the company Chairman.
Mr. Nguyen Trong Nguyen is the Founder of EF GLOBAL AMP and has 40 years of professional experience in entrepreneurship, project development, investment and financing, business and strategy development for advanced technology solutions in the following industry sectors: Covid-19 pandemic prevention, power efficiency and renewable energy, aviation and airport infrastructure, logistics infrastructure, smart city infrastructure, residential-commercial-industrial construction in addition to specialized skills in concept design, industrial design, architectural design and planning, real estate development and services, new market development, trading-sales-distribution of import and Vietnam-manufactured products with focus on international export markets.
With 47 years of residency in the United States, Mr. Nguyen also has unique in-depth knowledge of US mainstream politics as well as valuable experience in budget planning and management, public office administration, policy formulation, social services administration and community development. Mr. Nguyen is the founder of several companies in the USA and in Vietnam in the areas of aviation, power efficiency, renewable energy, digital audio visual entertainment, information technology, fire safety protection, real estate planning and development, construction and building materials distribution, product manufacturing and distribution, real estate services, food & beverage services, international trade, investment and finance, project consultancy services, public and government relations, social services and community development. He has dedicated the last 20 years to focus on project and business development in his homeland Vietnam.
He is the Vietnam Country Representative of ACO Investment Group (www.acoinvestment.com) and of The MITRE Corporation (www.MITRE.org) and the former Director for Asia Operations of AIRIS International Holdings (www.airis.com), a privately owned developer of airport facility and logistics infrastructure based on Houston, Texas. He was a member of the founding team of BAP Power Corporation and its subsidiary company Cenergy Power (www.cenergypower.com) as well as the founder of Anson Limited and Cando Co. Ltd. In Vietnam with business activities in the sales and distribution of Yale/Delta/Crane/Dyno construction materials, Chubb security fire safety products, cigars and alcoholic beverage products, import and export, investment consulting and investment project development.
Mr. Nguyen was the former Executive Officer of the Overseas Vietnamese Business Club (OV Club) with offices in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Can Tho and Vung Tau cities of Vietnam and a member of the Business Association of Overseas Vietnamese / BAOOV (www.doanhnhanvietnam.org.vn) and served on the Board of Governors of the American Chamber of Commerce in Hanoi (www.amchamhanoi.com) for the year 2012 term.
He has established several family-owned businesses in California including Bomas Inc., a solid-wood furniture company in South San Francisco, Optima Optometry clinic in Palo Alto, Vita Foods Supermarket and Le Pacifique Restaurant in San Francisco, and the "Quang Da" Central Vietnamese cuisine restaurant chain with 4 locations in Westminster, San Jose, Monterey Park and Oakland cities in California.
Before returning to Vietnam to live and work, Mr. Nguyen was the first Vietnamese-American Commissioner on Community and Economic Development for the City and Country of San Francisco for the 1988-1991 term and also served as a policy staff Senior Consultant to the California Senate's Joint Committee on Refugee Resettlement, International Migration and Cooperative Development as well as Director of several community-based organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area in the USA,
Mr. Nguyen was featured on the cover page of "PC World Vietnam" magazine in September 2005 for his IT human resources development solution for Vietnam and is the recipient of several awards and decorations including the "Tenderloin Champion" award in 1989 for outstanding service to the community as voted by the San Francisco Examiner, Tenderloin Times and Bay Guardian newspapers in San Francisco, the "California State Senate District 11 Resolution for Outstanding Community Service" in 1990 (Author: Senator Milton Marks / D-California) and the "California Senate Resolution for Outstanding Service" in 1991 (Author: Senator Art Torres / D-California). Mr. Nguyen is a dual nationality Vietnamese and American and is fluent in English, Vietnamese and French.

His expertise is focused on the advanced technology applications in the construction and manufacturing industry sectors.
