Frank Cullen & Donald McNeilly founded and ran the American Museum of Vaudeville for over forty years. The vast majority of our collections are housed at the Special Collections at the University of Arizona. We were supposed to continue obtaining collections and UofA was "committed" to adding them to the original archives. However, the Board of Regents decided they knew more about vaudeville and what should be preserved than we did and told us they would select what they would accept from us. Well, that does not work for us so we now send all collections to Shubert Archives.
