Marco Grimaldi is Executive Chairman of Europa Investimenti, as well as Head of Arrow Global Funds, Italy for the Arrow Global Group.
Previously, Marco held executive roles in the "Whitestar Credit Solutions" and "Zenith Service" servicers. He worked between 1996 and 2001 at ABN AMRO Bank (Milan and London) in corporate finance and securitization. Between 2001 and 2009, he was managing director at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (later Commerzbank) in securitization and principal finance and, since 2009, he has managed the bad bank of the Commerzbank group ("Portfolio Restructuring Unit").

Roberto has deep expertise in this sector as well as in special situations investments, private equity and turnaround situations. After starting his career at blue-chip international banks and advisory firms in London and in Milan, he joined KKR in 2015 where he contributed to the creation and success of Pillarstone, leading the origination and execution of several of the most valuable investments in credit and turnaround, as well as managing important portfolio companies.
During his time at Pillarstone, Roberto was at member of the Investment Committee, Board of Directors, and board member of multiple companies and investment vehicles.
Roberto graduated in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Milan, holds a MSc (distinction) in Economics & Finance from Warwick Business School, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
