EL CAFE

We are a small artisan roasting company operating out of Sioux Falls, SD. We have been roasting our own beans since 2018, and have decided to share our product locally, as well as nationally due to our belief in superb coffee. Glad to have you with us! - Vitaliy, El Cafe Founder... The variety we offer currently is grown in high altitude areas (about 1500 meters above sea level) in the Jambi Province of Sumatra. The method in which these beans are processed leads to a cleaner flavor, with less earthy tones and more acidity than the typical wet-processed bean.
