EFFITEST represents ultra high-speed platform for testing discrete semiconductors in production. We have currently 2 platforms available. Effitest E-Series is designed for small signal semiconductors like JFETs, Bipolar transistors, Diodes, LEDs whilst Effitest P-Series aims for power semiconductors such as MOS-FETs and IGBTs. It is specifically designed to be connected to all standard handlers in the market. Both testers are also suitable for testing GaN and SiC devices... UNITES Systems a.s. is a private company located in the Czech Republic founded in 1991. Our main focus is on development and production of semiconductor testers - ATEs (Automatic Test Equipment) and FCT (functional testers) for assembled PCBs (PCB/A)... We develop and produce measuring and testing equipment (testers and their parts - ATE) and provide services in the field of measurement and testing of semiconductor devices.
