Sir, pranams. I am a senior citizen and drawing a pension of Rs.768/ and this is being credited toi muy Andhra Bank at Kukatpally Br., Hyderabad. About 10 months back, as per the directions of govt., I went to the A.C.P.F. office at Kukatpally and underwent the process of giving Iristest, finger print etc.. As per the last email received from CSC India, my PF forms were submitted with you on 10th of May, 2016 however while checking my claim status on EPFO site, there are no records found on it. Please check with the issue and get back to me weather the forms were submitted with you or not. Also please advice how much time will it take to transfer the amount in my account. My PF No. is WBCAL00250560000000004 and UAN is 100161077277. my claim F/10D has been settled on 22.07.2021 and transferred to RO Patna. Wrongly type my bank account number in Form 10D (A/c. No.46741821001821). My correct Bank Account No. is 467418210018021 with Bank of India, RASULPUR (IFSC : BKID0004674). I request you to please change my correct bank account no. 467418210018021 instead of 46741821001821 and generate my PPO number and credited pension amount in my account (467418210018021) if possible, otherwise reject my claim application and giving the option to resubmit the Form 10D with correct bank account no. I have lodged final withdrawal claim from my office "Gujarat Seeds Certification Agency, Ahmedabad" EPF number - 5743/262. Office has already sent the claim to RPFC, Ahmedabad Fund 20. First of all query was raised by the PF office that "Authorized signature is not tallied" But it was not the fact. The website shows the same query while checking the claim status. Claim ID: GJAHD151100006821 , Member ID: GJAHD00057430000000262. Later I contacted Fund 20 dealing Shree Ganeshshankarji and he informed me that he had no record before 2003 so as and when the prior employee may come,he would ask for the past record and he would look into this. Then after he had gone on leave. Today I was told by him that he would not be able to look into this matter. My mother has been operated for her thigh bone fractured. Gujarat Seeds Certification Agency has sent the prior company Gujarat State Civil supply Corporation's Fund transfer correspondence, Gandhinagar ( EPF number : 11489/32 to 5743/262) on December 7,2015. Once again I visited RPFC office,Ahmedabad on January 7,2016 and submitted the past record and also contacted Fund 20 Shree Harishbhai Trivedi. At that time I have personally seen Gujarat State Seed Certification agency Ahmedabad's letter there. Even though EPF claims to settle down the claims within 3/7 working days but that is not the same in my case. How to withdrawal PF Amount if the company/ Employer is not exist or closed their business. Last 3 years back i have tried to withdraw my PF amount. But it got failed due to miss match in authorised signature and attached the same (Claim status). Now the company/Employer is not exists. They closed their business. I am venkatesh Mani, worked for Maersk Global Service center,Chennai, but my PF account is with Mumbai MH/BAN/47007 also when i joined(2012) the company my PF no is MH/47007/VMA100 now(2014) its MH/47007/VMA100.Left the company in 2014 and applied for PF withdrawal in 2016 and its seem they given the PF work to third party peoplestrong.com.when i contacted them they are asking for form 15G.Please advice what needs to be done.Is there a possibility to withdraw my pf amount myself through online.
