Welcome to the Erie Shores Family Health Team. We are a primary health care organization that includes a team of family physicians, nurse practitioners, a dietitian, a pharmacist, social workers, respiratory therapists, along with nursing and reception staff at 6 locations in the Leamington and Kingsville areas. As a team, our goal is to provide excellent and comprehensive primary health care to our community members throughout the lifespan.
