Deborah K. Hudson - Chairman, President

Mrs. Debbie Hudson is the Chairman and President of Emerging Technology Ventures, Inc. (ETV) and leads the strategic planning and business research operations for the company. She brings over ten years of experience in small business services and information technology for education to the company for the benefit of its clients. Prior to forming Emerging Technology Ventures Inc., Ms. Hudson owned and operated a franchise business services company supporting small business clients. The company provided a wide range of services including marketing, publishing, and back-office functions. Previously, Ms. Hudson led JADE Microsystems, an information technology company supporting K-12 education clients. JADE Microsystems specialized in the design and implementation of computer learning environments for its clients and the life cycle maintenance, including technology refresh, for installed systems. Ms. Hudson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from the University of Mississippi. She has been actively engaged in many education venues, leading major fundraising activities and serving as a volunteer teacher in elementary schools.

Mr. Carter Taylor

Mr. Carter Taylor is the Operations Manager at ETV. He graduated ITT Technical Institute Salutatorian with a BS in System Automation and an AS in Electronic Engineering. After his 15 years in the Semiconductor Industry in California, he became one of only 100 people in the world that could properly install and maintain certain Semiconductor Systems. He is a veteran of the US Navy. He is currently part of the team that designs, modifies, tests, and operates our numerous autonomous systems. He spends his free time mentoring local kids involved in the STEM program.

Mr. Eugene C. "Cliff" Hudson - CEO

Mr. Eugene C. "Cliff" Hudson is the CEO for Emerging Technology Ventures, Inc. (ETV). He brings to the company more than 32 years of experience from the Department of Defense (DoD) in acquisition management, project management, and technology transition. Mr. Hudson most recently served with the U.S. Navy Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific. His assignments included Deputy for Business Operations and Program Development for the Research & Applied Sciences Department. Key focus areas included management of the autonomous and unmanned system technology transition activities of the Robotics Mentor Protégé Program and the development of Cooperative Research and Development Agreements with industry. In addition to his experience in Unmanned Systems development, Mr. Hudson has held a variety of Government Business Management positions within the US Army Aviation and Missile Command Acquisition Center, including Chief of the Quantitative Analysis Division and Chief of the Business Management Directorate at Redstone Arsenal, AL. There he led cross-functional teams addressing acquisition and contract management performance improvement objectives. Mr. Hudson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mississippi and a Master of Science in Business Administration from East Texas State University. He was selected for membership in Tau Beta Pi Engineering, Eta Kappa Nu Electrical Engineering, and Pi Mu Epsilon Mathematics honor societies.C
