Gary Brock, CCO - 39+ years in consumer & commercial banking, depth of experience in all facets of the consumer lending industry, ranging from indirect lending, collections, mergers & acquisitions, to loan operations & credit policy. Gary has served as CCO for Unity Bank, CCO for First South Bank, CCO, COO and President for Select Bank and most recently Senior Vice President and Senior Loan Review Officer for Union Bank. Gary holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting & Financial Management from East Carolina University.

James Swafford, CTO - 20+ years in Information Technology, with a focus on software development. James has worked on several projects across a broad spectrum of industries and has served in a number of leadership positions. James holds BS and MS degrees in Computer Science from East Carolina University. James is a US Navy Veteran of six years and a volunteer for the last 10 years in the Boy Scouts of America.
Rich Balot, CEO - 20+ years as an innovative, market-niche creating entrepreneur. Rich also currently serves as CEO of Victra, a company he created and built from a single store to over 1,000 Verizon stores nationwide. Rich also is a managing member of ABC Family real estate, a diversified residential/commercial real estate property holding company. Rich is active in many philanthropic organizations in North Carolina and across the country. Rich holds a BS in Business Administration from East Carolina University.
