Amanda Moore's compassionate approach to her clients comes from a long career in public service. A graduate of Yale Law School, Amanda currently serves as an elected member of the Board of Education for Murfreesboro City Schools. She clerked for the Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, a position that gave her an intimate view of appellate practice. She then spent many years in the nonprofit legal sector and taught a wide range of courses at Vanderbilt Law School, Middle Tennessee State University, and Morehead State University. Her commentary on bankruptcy law has appeared in the New York Times Letters to the Editor and the Lexington Herald-Leader.
She is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, Middle Tennessee Lawyers Association for Women, Andrew Jackson Inn of Court, and Rutherford/Cannon County Bar Association. Amanda serves as President of the South Church Place Association.
She is married to Jason Vance, a professor and librarian at MTSU. They have a teenage son and daughter.
Amy Farrar's clients love working with her because she takes a practical approach to solving their complex legal problems in an efficient and ethical manner.
Farrar is a former litigator, which helps her plan for a client's needs with an eye toward avoiding a conflict in court. Farrar now focuses her practice on transactional business, employment and real estate law, estate planning and elder law, and probate. She is also recognized statewide as a leading appellate lawyer, handling all kinds of civil appeals in both state and federal court.
After graduating cum laude from Wake Forest University and the University of Mississippi School of Law, Farrar clerked for Tennessee Supreme Court Justice Cornelia A. Clark. Farrar then then spent six years at an esteemed Nashville law firm before founding her own law firm in 2012.
Farrar is counsel of record in dozens of appeals, including several notable Supreme Court decisions, and is sought out by attorneys across the state as a resource for appeals of all kinds. Farrar has served as Chair of the Nashville Bar Association's Appellate Practice Committee and as Chair of the Executive Council for the TBA Appellate Practice Committee. Farrar regularly presents Estate Planning, Elder Law, and Appellate Practice seminars to attorneys across Tennessee and was an Assistant Editor of the Tennessee Appellate Practice Handbook for over ten years.

Drake Uselton is an attorney and a lifelong resident of Rutherford County. He graduated from Middle Tennessee State University before graduating from the Belmont University College of Law.
Since his graduation from law school, Drake has had the opportunity to represent clients with various business and transactional needs. Among other matters, he has organized domestic and foreign LLCs, prepared and reviewed residential and commercial leases, and drafted, reviewed, and negotiated a wide range of commercial contracts.
Drake is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Rutherford/Cannon County Bar Association. He enjoys giving back to the community and serves as a member of the board of directors for two local organizations - the Beesley Animal Foundation and the chapter advisory board for Phi Delta Theta's Tennessee Eta chapter.
Drake and his wife have two dogs, Moose and Mila, and they enjoy traveling and spending time with their families. Drake also enjoys running and spending time at his family farm in Lewisburg, Tennessee.
Kerry brings a unique skill set to her role at Farrar Moore. A Nashville native and graduate of Yale University and Vanderbilt Law School, Kerry previously practiced Food and Drug Administration law at a prestigious firm in Indiana for several years where she engaged in complex regulatory analysis, negotiated contracts including clinical trial agreements between industry and universities, and advised pharmaceutical and device companies on regulatory compliance, advertising, and product approval pathways. After moving back to middle Tennessee, Kerry shifted her focus outside a legal role to the non-profit sector, where she enjoys working with CASA of Rutherford County to ensure the efficient and accurate progression of foster children's cases on the pathway that is in their best interest. Kerry also volunteers her time outside of work as an advocate for a specific sibling group of foster children.
Kerry brings her attention to detail, keen analysis skills, and passion for genuine human connections to all her work on behalf of clients.
Kerry lives in Murfreesboro with her three young children.
Sharon Dieringer is originally from Cookeville, Tennessee, and graduated from Tennessee Tech in 1997 with a degree in Psychology and minor in English Literature. Before attending the University of Tennessee College of Law, she was an intern in the District Attorney General's Office in the 13th Judicial District of Tennessee. While in law school, she focused her course of study broadly, with courses emphasizing transactional as well as advocacy aspects of the legal profession. She earned academic honors awards in the areas of Constitutional Law and Evidence. She served as an Acting Student Assistant District Attorney during the summer while in law school under Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 7.
She has called Murfreesboro home since 2004, when she and her husband relocated. She was a former law clerk to the Honorable J. Mark Rogers, Circuit Court Judge for Rutherford and Cannon Counties. She is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Rutherford/Cannon County Bar Association.
Sharon is active in her community, particularly in her children's schools. She is also an active member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, where she serves as a member of the vestry.
