Adam Turner loves people. Whether working with customers, serving employees, or spending time with vendors, Adam gets a thrill from it all.
The natural love Adam has for others was fostered in elementary classrooms where he spent eight years serving children in the Irving and Abilene Independent School Districts. During his time in the classroom, Adam pursued business endeavors by developing and selling his own elementary math and reading curricula to several Texas school districts. In June, 2010, Adam decided to change industries and further delve into business by joining the family software business. Upon his arrival at Milsoft, Adam quickly began learning the company from the ground up by literally sitting with every staff member from every department to learn what they did and how they did it. It took him six full months to get a handle on the everyday working of the business.
Today, Adam manages Milsoft's daily operations and oversees its corporate financial responsibilities. His enthusiasm and passion for excellence serves to encourage others as Milsoft moves toward exciting advancements in software and new opportunities to better serve people.
His current role as CEO of Business Operations ensures that the company maintains its legacy of honesty and integrity.
Adam, his wife, Christin, and their sons, live in Gulf Breeze, Florida, allowing him to work from Milsoft's Pensacola office. His varied and eclectic interests, and his insatiable appetite for learning new things, allows him to comfortably converse with anyone-employees, business partners, and customers.
Adam earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas (Austin) and has completed a M. Ed and an MBA from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas.
Mr. Brockway is an experienced Regional Account Manager in the computer software industry. His areas of expertise include sales, management, business intelligence, business development, and marketing strategy. He graduated from Ouachita Baptist University and studied at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Brad Brockway joined Milsoft in 2015. Before joining the Milsoft team, Mr. Brockway spent 21 years in the retail grocery business. After working for the Brookshire Grocery Company, Mr. Brockway transitioned his talents to the automotive repair business and purchased a quick lube that he owned and operated for six years. At Milsoft, Mr. Brockway began by working in installs, support, and team training before assuming a sales role.

Mr. Carr has been instrumental in leading sales, marketing, training, and business development for over a decade at Milsoft. As CEO of Marketing and a member of Milsoft's board of directors, Mr. Carr is committed to delivering software solutions that meet or exceed the on-going demands of utilities and municipalities looking to energize operational efficiency and customer support. Mr. Carr came to Milsoft after successfully transitioning from management positions in the banking and electronic retail space shortly after attending the University of Texas in Arlington.

Brian Watson has been with Milsoft Utility Solutions, Inc. since 2006 and has effectively managed sales in the southeast region of the United States. Mr. Watson began his career at Southeastern Data Cooperative (SEDC) where he filled numerous roles including managing the billing center and implementation group. Mr. Watson then transitioned to Patterson and Dewar Engineers, Inc., where he was the Director of Marketing and Sales for over four years. While Mr. Watson was at Patterson and Dewar Engineers, he worked to promote PDMap, an ESRI based geospatial information system, to the electric utility market. Mr. Watson received his Bachelor of Science and Arts from the University of Georgia.

Carol, along with Wayne Carr and Leon Giesecke, formed Milsoft Integrated Solutions, Inc., in 1989. Carol formally became an employee of Milsoft in August, 1994 when she became Milsoft's very first Office Manager. In 1995, she assumed the duties of the company bookkeeper (which included accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll) all the while training a new bookkeeper to take on these tasks. Carol's role grew to include a myriad of other tasks including being a member of the management team and sitting on the Board of Directors. Carol retired from an active day-to-day role in the company at the end of 2014 to spend time with her grandchildren, but she continues to be involved and to provide invaluable insight to the current management team.

As CEO of Product, Jeffrey overseas two critical functions at Milsoft Utility Solutions. This entails getting high quality products to our customers and then providing them with world class service. Mr. Carr attended Hardin-Simmons and Howard-Payne University.

John Abrams was an original employee and shareholder of Automation Consulting, Inc., and was involved in the marketing, sale and installation of the IVR product line for over 25 years. John became Director of International Accounts when Milsoft Utility Solutions, Inc., was formed in 2003 and served in that capacity until he retired in 2012. John currently resides in Pensacola, Florida where he enjoys spending time with his wife, Claudia, his children and grandchildren.
Julie Henry attended Northwest Missouri State University where she graduated with a B.S. in Geography. She was a contractor for the National Geo-Spatial Intelligence Agency where she managed the creation of a line of mapping products. In 2007, she started at Daffron as an account manager and was there for 12 years before moving to sales in 2019.

Leon played a critical role in the development of Milsoft, co-founding the company with Wayne and Carol Carr in 1989. His input and direction in support, sales, marketing, development and finance has helped make Milsoft a leader in electric utility software solutions. Leon faithfully served Milsoft for over 27 years in every role from support technician to President of the company. Leon retired in June, 2016 but remains active on the Board of Directors. Leon is now enjoying his retirement by playing golf and traveling with his wife, Janet.

Luis Malavé retired with 25 years of dedicated service with Milsoft. Luis joined Milsoft in 1993 just four short years after its incorporation. Luis was instrumental in the architecture, design and development of WindMil Engineering Analysis, LightTable, DisSPatch Outage Analysis and numerous MultiSpeak real-time integrations. As former Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President, the company went from desktop applications to Enterprise Core Engineering and Operations with many integrations with other utility vendors. Integrations covering engineering analysis, call handling (IVR), customer billing, GIS, outage management, AMI, AVL, and many others. Luis is a retired Air Force Veteran and holds a B.S. degree in computer science and a minor in mathematics from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.

Charles "Mike" Sanders formed Automation Consulting, Inc., in 1982 and put together a team that helped him grow ACI into a multi-million dollar enterprise. ACI's primary focus was interactive voice response (IVR) systems, with the PORCHE system being their primary application. Mike provided the vision and drive to guide the company to success. In 2003, ACI merged with Milsoft Integrated Solutions, Inc., to form Milsoft Utility Solutions, Inc. Mike retired in 2003 but has proudly served on the Milsoft Board of Directors since that time. Mike enjoys traveling with his wife, Gay.

Sarah Robinson recently joined Milsoft and will serve as their Director of the recently acquired Daffron business unit. Since 1994, Sarah Robinson has established herself as a force in customer engagement and outreach through her leadership in nearly all aspects of enterprise accounting and utility billing software design and distribution. Sarah has a B.S. in Computer Science and an MBA.

Mr. Carr has literally changed how utilities perform their jobs when it comes to engineering and operations. Since 1989, Wayne's principal goal was to make utility personnel work smarter, not harder. Mr. Carr rode the wave of PC technology to introduce the first desktop engineering circuit model software and has never looked back. In 2011, Mr. Carr was awarded the IAS/PES Rural Electrication Excellence Award. The award recognizes "exceptional power engineers who have worked, implemented or innovated better and cheaper electrification technologies for the rural sector."
Before founding Milsoft, from 1980 to 1989, Mr. Carr was in charge of electric utility systems for Milford Engineering, a consulting firm in Abilene, Texas. Prior to that position, Wayne worked for five years at Houston Lighting Power in its planning department and then for four years as staff engineer at Erath County Electric Cooperative. In 1970, Mr. Carr earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas, Austin. Mr. Carr is certified with the national Council of Engineering Examiners and is currently registered as a Professional Engineer in Texas.
