Georgia Explorer is a family owned company, dedicated to helping you live and experience Georgia. We offer botanical tours, trekking tours and many other!... First and foremost, we are a small company and plan to keep it that way. We provide various services and focus mainly on botanical tours. We have botanist guides who have many years of experience of guiding science, research tours... The Georgia flora includes about 4,100 species of vascular plants which are apportioned, in round numbers , as follows: 75 pteridophytes, 15 gymnosperms and 4,000 angiosperms (3,250 dicotyledons and 750 monocotyledons). A reason for this diversity is that Georgia is located at the crossroads of different biomes; thus plants of Asia Minor, West Asia and Mediterranean are well represented.
