Graduated from the Engineering Doctorate Degree of City University of Hong Kong, Dr Lam has over 30 years IT experience working in international IT services providers and large enterprises, including government, utilities, retails, manufacturing, banking and finance. Dr Lam has set up the Vantis Consulting Group, delivering IT business solutions such as Enterprise Resources Planning, Human Resources Planning and Talent Management, Internet of Things (IOT) and Big Data Analysis Projects under cloud computing for serving over thousands of customers in the Greater China, Asia Pacific and Europe regions.
In addition, Dr Lam is the visiting lecturer of City University of HK, HK Polytechnic University and Warwick University. He is also the fellow member of British Computer Society and CityU Engineering Doctorate Society focusing on the research development of IOT and Big Data Analysis to help different organizations building a smart ecosystem. Furthermore, Dr Lam is the Chairman of "China and Hong Kong Enterprises Market Development Association" for advocating the foreign direct investment in the developing countries of "One Belt One Road.
Mr. Hor has over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting, including internal controls and regulations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, etc. He is currently engaged in consulting, professional accounting for practice accounting, including auditing, taxation, corporate consulting and financial advisors before listing, education and training etc.. He has held senior positions in several listed companies in Singapore and the United States, during which he participated in the listing process, restructuring and professional work in the capital market. In the past, He served as Vice President of Finance at Jardine Logistics, where he was responsible for financial and accounting work in Hong Kong and China. He obtained the membership of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant while served at Price Waterhouse Cooper. Mr. Hor graduated with a diploma in professional accounting from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1986 and graduated with a master's degree in finance from the University of New York at Berlock in 2003.
