His strength is in construction quality assurance. He brings to the firm extensive experience of having worked closely with a cross-section of Indian and multi-national clients. His energy is infectious and he is quick to establish a rapport.

Sanjay has a Degree in Civil Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Management with specialization in Operations. He has over 30 years of experience in such diverse areas as project planning and management, management consulting and training. During the course of his career, he has worked with real-estate developers, process engineering consultants, management consultants and architects.

Yakin has a Diploma in Construction Technology and over 30 years of experience in tendering, costing, technical and commercial bid invitation, evaluation and award. His expertise in the critical key areas of site coordination, evaluating and ensuring quality objectives for the project, minimizing rework and intervening before the need for rectification arises, has been respected by all the clients that he has worked with.
