As the CEO of Global Human Access Resources Ltd, Mr Shomade currently manages over $2m worth of technology transactions yearly in the HIV Service delivery space such as the Strengthening HIV Field Epidemiology, Infectious Disease Surveillance and Lab Diagnostics (SHIELD) Phase 1 and 2, Enhancement of the National Laboratory Management Information System (NLIMS) dashboard based on District Health Information Software 2 (DHIS2) and the development, integration and customization of the Antiretroviral Therapy (ART) dashboard and user analytics module on the Nigerian Medical Records System (NMRS) among others. The CEO of GHARL recruits the best competent hands to execute each phase of the project at GHARL/AFRIDA including Trainers who will train the end-users. Mr Shomade has also worked as an Auditor for Grant Thornton in Los Angeles, as an Analyst in Investment Banking, for Bear Stearns on Wall Street in New York, and as an Associate in Private Equity at Global Star Partners LLC in Washington DC. While in Washington DC, Mr Shomade lobbied in the US Congress for American Friends Service Committee (AFSC) as a Board Member on various African Initiatives. Mr Shomade was the Finance Officer for the Ralph Nader 2004 Presidential Campaign in the US and has been the Managing Director of various companies in Nigeria and is currently CEO of Global Human Access Resources Ltd (GHARL). Mr. Shomade holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from Chapman University in California, USA, and an MBA in Organizational Management from Eastern University in Pennsylvania, USA
