Clarine is heading the Facilities and Administration with over a decade of experience in providing assistance to ensure the day-to-day smooth operation of the workplace, through administrative support, compliance to various government agencies in line with business registration, including budgeting, procurement negotiation and documentation, as well as coordination of staff and office equipment during relocation, and at times, supervision and physical assistance with maintenance tasks while upholding health and safety standards.
She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Management and Electronics and Communications Technology from Rizal Technological University.

- IT Technical Support Manager
Lino is a seasoned IT Professional with 20 years of working experience in the industries of Information Technology and Services, Software and telecommunications. He brings with him CNE, ITIL & SFC certifications having expertise & skills into Project Management, Service Delivery Management (Managed Services - Cloud), Desktop Support / Service Desk, IT Operations/Infrastructure/Technical Support/Service Management/Service Transition, Service/Account Management, System/Network Administration, Security/Audit Compliance, Change/Incident /Problem Management. He finished a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Adamson University.
Lino will be responsible in leading a group of highly skilled IT professionals. His top priority will be to interpret data, coach, mentor, and lead the team members with the ultimate goal of driving improvements in services provided and service-level agreement through collaborations with internal and external teams in resolving stakeholder issues. On the side, he will act as Onsite Manager for outsourced IT resources from GUS entities to GUSPH.

Suzanne is a seasoned business and people leader responsible in leading and managing the Corporate Services Team to ensure that commercial team succeeds through efficient and effective service delivery in the areas of Human Resources, Learning and Development, Training and Quality, Finance, Information Technology, Facilities and Administration and Partner Service Delivery.
She has been a key member of the GUS Philippines management team from its inception. Her hands-on role has been critical to the effective functioning of the Company and has day to day oversight of all aspects of corporate governance and management. She brings with her more than 25 years of extensive experience in leading and driving the people strategy of global companies (manufacturing, direct-selling, BPO/IT) by partnering with senior management.
Teresa is a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate, a Certified Public Accountant (Philippines) and holds a solid 16 plus years' professional experience gained from global & local organizations.
She brings with her an extensive knowledge in different areas of Finance and regulatory responsibility such as payroll, BIR filling, PEZA permits, Financial Reporting, Audit & Management of other Finance processes. She is also keen in handling Finance Shared Services which cater different processes for international entities.
Teresa's responsibility will include overseeing end-to-end finance operations, financial planning and analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, regulatory, audit, looking to make improvements to procedures and controls, as well as ad-hoc project and requests as and when they come up. All financial backoffice operations will roll up to Teresa.

Raffy completed his Bachelor of Arts degree (major in Political Science) and immediately joined the booming outsourced service workforce as an entry-level document analyst. Rising from the ranks, his career spans team, project, workgroup, account, and client management for different industries like publishing, telecommunications, healthcare, graphics design, legal & litigation support, finance operations and banking technology for business process outsourcing or shared services companies. Likewise, he completed his International Diploma in Computer Studies and Six Sigma Green Belt Certification as a company scholar. He is now certified in the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has recently passed his Certified Project Management Specialist course.
He will ensure the development and implementation of a plan for the transition, successful launch and uninterrupted efficient operation of transaction-oriented, supporting both Strategic operations (PMO, IT Development, Automation and Analytics) & non-strategic business processes (admissions, assessments, time sheets, student services, finance, HR, marketing, media, CRM support, IT support but not limited to the above services) from GUS legal entities into GUSPH to help managers of the legal entities focus on solving key business problems by improving key processes and, therefore, increasing work efficiency.
For more than a decade, RC has been an advertising creative and a higher education lecturer for arts and design. His works received multiple recognitions from local award shows, making him one of the top art directors in the country back in 2013 as surveyed by the Creative Guild of the Philippines.
Currently, he spends most of his time as the head of design for Global University Systems, where he leads a team of designers and manages all aspects of creative and design development of digital and print materials intended for marketing various top-line universities worldwide.
