Drew Fellon is President and CEO of Alliance Advisory Services based in Louisville, Kentucky. A successful entrepreneur, over his 35 year career he created, grew, and sold two energy services businesses (i.e., Fellon-McCord and Alliance Energy Services) having a combined revenue of $3.5B. His current company, Alliance Advisory Services, provides executive energy and sustainability consulting services to global organizations. A native of Pennsylvania, he attended Pennsylvania State University, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial & Management Systems Engineering.

Crit Luallen

Former Lieutenant Governor and State Auditor Crit Luallen has served with seven Kentucky Governors and been elected twice to statewide office. During her long career in state government, she served in a variety of positions with responsibility for financial management and oversight. Jerry Abramson

Jerry Abramson is Executive-in-Residence at Spalding University. He served in the Obama administration, was former Lieutenant Governor of Kentucky, and the longest-serving Mayor of Louisville with 21 years of service. He practiced law with Greenebaum Doll and McDonald, and Frost Brown Todd. He also served on the Board of Brown-Forman Corporation. His bachelor's degree is in Business Economics and Public Policy from Indiana University. Jerry has taught classes at the University of Louisville's School of Law, Bellarmine University, and other schools. He received his juris doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center where he was an editor of the Center's Law Journal.

John Carman

John Carman, of the landscape architectural company CARMAN that is the lead design firm for the project, said the plaza reconstruction will fully respect the design created by Van der Rohe "with the simplicity of materials and the respect of the plinth created for the plaza as an object in the meadow that is iconic to Van der Rohe's urban buildings." Carman said the new permeable and recycled materials for the plaza will reduce storm-water discharge into the combined sewer system. He said the materials will be of a similar texture and color of the original terrazzo used for the plaza's construction.

Lois Mateus is a retired senior executive of Brown-Forman, where for twenty-six years she oversaw the company's public relations, corporate communications, stockholder services, community relations, and contributions activities, while also managing real estate and office facilities worldwide and developing brand home places. She was one of three major shareholders in the development of Woodford Reserve bourbon and creation of the brand's distillery and visitor's center in Woodford County, and for eight years served on the company's executive committee. She also served as a Director on the Boards of Lenox and Hartmann. Representing Brown-Forman, she became the first woman to serve on the board of the Kentucky Distillers Association. In 2013, KDA created the annual Lois Mateus Mentoring Award in her honor.

Mason Hardaway Lampton

Mr. Lampton is the co-owner and CEO of Standard Concrete Products, Inc., based in Columbus, Georgia. Standard is the largest manufacturer of pre-stressed concrete products for bridges and ports in the Southeastern United States, and an innovator in Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHPC) products for applications in transportation infrastructure. Mr. Lampton is a past chairman of the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute. Nana Lampton, insurance executive and civic leader, is a life-long resident of Louisville, Kentucky. She earned a BA from Wellesley College and an MA from the University of Virginia. She started her career in 1966 at the American Life and Accident Insurance Company of Kentucky, which her grandfather founded in 1906. While continuing to work at American Life, which evolved from a retail insurance company to re-insurance, she served on the boards of two NYSE companies. Her interests include downtown development, land conservation, and the arts. She is a Trustee at Berea College and a Director of the Commonwealth Fund for KET. She has served on national corporate boards and more than thirty non-profit boards. Nana Lampton, chief executive officer of American Life, for many years has focused on developing at the location an environmentally friendly urban atmosphere and, according to a news release, has used the structure "as a model for adapting a building for energy efficiency and green infrastructure." She said in an interview that the plaza work should take no more than six months and will cost more than $1 million. The rust-appearing, steel building has 128,000 square feet of space and is fully occupied with at least a dozen tenants. She said the project does not include any work on the exterior of the structure and is intended "to strictly rebuild the plaza." A protective fence has been put up around the building's entire perimeter, but people who work in the building will be able to come and go without restriction.
