HEART SOUNDS US

Heart Sounds US came about as a result of several years of discussion and planning regarding how we can best help those in need... In 2018, we began the plan to develop a not-for-profit corporation to address those needs. Our focus is on sustainability and how to best help individuals and organizations to accomplish their dreams. In 2019, the five current board members of Heart Sounds came together and funded its inception. Utilizing the services of the Foundation Group in Nashville, Tennessee, on January 21, 2021, we were incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. On September 15, 2021, we were approved by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c) (3) and designated a public charity. The effective date of the determination is January 20, 2021. All contributions are now tax deductible as allowed under IRS Section 170 and tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106 or 2522.
