HISTORY WITH A TWIST

History With A Twist is a mobile resource that enlightens and celebrates African American history, achievements, contributions, and the culture... Established in 2018, History With A Twist provides a unique and engaging way to learn about African American history and culture by incorporating a creative element, such as a themed event. This adds a heightened layer of interest for a traditional historical narrative. We are experienced in curating Black History-themed programs as well as hosting Black cultural-themed events in the Tampa Bay area. It is our creativity that sets us apart... We are a charter member of the National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington, DC, the International African American Museum in Charleston, SC, and the Tampa Black History Book Club.
