Ar Ambrose Wong is a highly experienced architect from Sarawak. He has been in private practice since 1981.
He has designed and completed a wide range of projects including medical centers, resort hotels, educational institutions, commercial and residential developments and a specialised radar transmission tower on an outcrop in the South-China sea and a deep-sea fishing port in Sarawak State.
He had also been a developer and owner of an award-winning housing and eco resort theme park in Matang, Sarawak.
Currently he is the chief architect for the Genting Skycity development project with a GDV of RM 8.5 bil which is located directly opposite the Genting First World Hotel.
With the support from Tan Sri Clement Hii, he has been assigned to handle most of the development projects within the HCK Capital Group. He is also concurrently the chief coordinator with 3 other architect partners for projects in Sarawak and Sabah states.
Currently Ar Ambrose is also the Head of Architectural Department for HKT Group of companies.

He graduated from Tunku Abdul Rahman College in Material Engineering and also holds a Diploma in Business Management. Dato' John has notable experience in the world of commerce and industry. Dato' John's business interests spread over several continents. He is also noted for his aggressive entrepreneurship which is evident through his ownership in the various industries he is currently in as well as his investments in several local and international companies through strategic partnerships. Through the HKT Group of Companies, Dato' John Hii has also established a significant foothold not just in Malaysia, China, Australia, the Philippines and Hong Kong but the United States as well, with particular emphasis in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector and other trading-related industries.
Backed by more than 25 years of entrepreneurial and strategic planning experience, particularly in the areas of project management and implementation, Dato' John Hii has developed a very effective Industrialised Building System (IBS) to facilitate faster construction time through the deployment of high performance precast concrete panels, precast concrete shear walls, precast concrete columns and beams.

Chin Peng is currently the General Manager of Finance and Admin for the company. He has 36 years of experience in Financial Management. Prior to this Chin Peng was the Chief Financial Officer of Cosway (M) Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Berjaya Group. He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting, Finance and Systems from the University of New South Wales, Australia in 1983. He is a fellow member of CPA Australia and chartered accountant of Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
He started his career with Ernst & Young in 1983 and left the organisation in 1987 to join DHL Malaysia. He worked in DHL Malaysia for four years before accepting the position of the Regional Planning Manager at DHL South East Asia/Australasia regional office in Singapore. He then joined Cosway (M) Sdn Bhd in August 1994.
