Established in 1977, Holesinger Law Offices is a long-standing law firm serving Whiteside and Carroll Counties. The firm is led by Russell J. Holesinger, an Illinois native who attended the University of Illinois Law School and then returned to his hometown to practice law. He offers a great deal of knowledge and insight based on his 40 years of experience practicing law in the area.
