Anya E. Macias is a Florida native who has established herself as a powerhouse in Florida legal circles. Since the 1980's, Ms. Macias has fought vigorously for her clients. Anya joined Howard Law Group in August 2021 as a Senior Trial Attorney. Prior to joining Howard Law Group, Ms. Macias served as the Senior Trial Attorney at various prestigious national law firms representing numerous Financial Institutions and Loan Servicers in highly contested real estate related actions throughout Florida. During her time as a creditor's rights attorney, she's litigated and successfully tried thousands of highly contested and high-profile mortgage foreclosure cases state-wide, many of which resulted in new and favorable case law for her clients. When she is not fighting for the rights of her clients, Ms. Macias enjoys traveling and is an avid SCUBA diver, logging over 100 dives in her first year of certification. Ellen Shepherd is a Georgia licensed attorney at Howard Law. Ellen oversees the Georgia operations for the firm, including the foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction and closing practices. Ellen is also involved in the firm's title and closing work through Paradise Closings, our affiliated title company. Ellen has practiced at large multistate firms and was also Georgia Claims Counsel for Stewart Title Guaranty Company.

Evan Raymond is a partner at Howard Law Group, he first joined the firm as an Associate in 2015. Evan comes from large statewide and national firms where he represented institutional lenders, mortgage servicing companies and other financial institutions in contested mortgage foreclosure actions, title issues, and other real estate matters involving various consumer protection acts. Evan is now involved in all aspects of the litigation practice at Howard Law Group, including mortgage foreclosure and all real estate litigation cases. Evan is enjoying his time at the boutique firm of Howard Law Group in that he can provide more personal service to his clients. Evan was born and raised in Miami, Florida. Evan is happily married to his wife, Laura, and spends his free time hosting team trivia at local bars around town. Harris Howard is the founding member and managing partner of Howard Law Group. Harris manages the firm's litigation and transactional practice areas. Harris focuses his practice on the representation of servicers and investors in real estate litigation. Harris has extensive experience in the courtroom handling mortgage foreclosure litigation as well as on the transactional side handling closings. Harris was born and raised in Hollywood, Florida. Matthew Klein is a partner at Howard Law Group. He joined the firm in October of 2017 as an Associate Attorney. Matthew has been practicing law since 2009, concentrating mainly in the areas of Bankruptcy, Creditor's Rights, Real Estate Closings, and Real Estate Litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Matthew worked as an associate in the bankruptcy and real estate departments of several of Florida's largest real estate servicing firms, where he represented lenders and mortgage servicers in various Bankruptcy and State Court cases throughout Florida. Mr. Klein received his BA from Florida State University in 2006, and his JD from Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad School of Law in 2009.
