Dr. R.M. Kastia is a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, Risk Management Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of HTL Ltd. He is a Director in HFCL Ltd. He is conferred with the Doctorate Degree in Chemistry has vast business experience. He is also a Fellow of British Institute of Management (London). It is under his advisory role, HFCL has grown to its present position as one of the leading telecom companies.

Dr. Tamali Sengupta is a Director (Non-Executive & Independent Woman Director) and a Member in the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of HTL Ltd. She has a Doctorate and Masters in Law from Stanford University, California and a Law Graduate from Delhi University. She has also completed Bachelor of Art in Economics (Honours) from Delhi University. She has more than 3 decades of experience in the legal field and is a specialist in transnational legal transactions in media, real estate development, insurance and infrastructure. She is the Principal of T. Sengupta & Associates a corporate law practice based in New Delhi, which provides advice on corporate law, entertainment law, intellectual property, insurance, project finance, corporate governance, and privatization. She has advised on telecom project for installing a fibre optic link throughout railway network of the Indian Railways and commercializing the service to provide basic telecom services to telecom companies.

Mr. R.K.Pathak is a Nominee Director of Government of India. He is also a Member in the Audit Committee of HTL Ltd. He is a Deputy Director General (IC) in Department of Telecommunications, Sanchar Bhawan, New Delhi. He is an Engineering Graduate in Electrical and has done post-graduation in Power Electronics. He is having vast experience in Telecommunications.
Mr. Y.L.Agarwal is a Director in HTL Ltd. He is a graduate in Science and also a B.E. & DFIETE. He is having a rich experience in Telecom and Broadband services. He was the President of Institution of Electronics and Telecom Engineers for two terms and is also a distinguished fellow of the said Institution. He is ex-Chairman and Managing Director of the Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL).
Shri K.C. Jani is a Director and a Member in the Audit Committee, Risk Management Committee and the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of HTL Ltd. He is an Engineering Graduate in Chemical and has done post-graduation in Business Administration. He retired as an Executive Director in IDBI Bank. He has worked on all the functions of management mainly Operations, Finance and HR. He is a visiting faculty at some of the top notch Indian B-Schools and good counselor and a motivator. His expertise would certainly prove to be an asset to the Company.

Shri Mahendra Nahata is the Non- Executive Chairman of Board of Directors and a Member in the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of HTL Ltd. He is the Managing Director of HFCL Ltd. He completed his graduation in B.Com (Hons.) from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata. He leads the overall strategy and planning and business development of the Company. He is one of the pioneers in the New Age Telecom sector of India and has been associated with many esteemed forums related to the telecom industry. Shri Mahendra Nahata was given "Telecom Man of the Millennium" award by Voice & Data in 2003.

Shri Mehul R. Joshi is a Nominee Director of Department of Telecommunications, Government of India in HTL. He is a Civil Servant at Indian Telecom Service (ITS). He is qualified with B.E. (E&C) in Telecommunication Engineering and M.E. (E&C) in Electronics & Control Engineering from BITS Pilani. He has experience of more than 26 years as Senior Govt. Executive. He has managed & headed Telecom Policy, Planning & Finance, Implementation, Operation & Maintenance at various senior positions in DoT/BSNL for more than 18 years. During the last 8 years he has worked as a mass rapid urban transport (Metro Rail) system professional where he had been heading various Transport System Infrastructure packages, e.g. Telecom, Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) etc. at Ahmedabad / Surat Metro Rail Phase I and Phase II. The project implementation activities have been handled by him from concept to commissioning. Package procurement process managed through International Competitive Bidding (ICB) for last 8 years to accomplish Large Infrastructure Project Management. He also headed Operations and Maintenance of 40 km Ahmedabad Metro Rail Phase I network. As a benchmarked achievement he led the entire O&M team of Ahmedabad Metro Rail Phase I for commissioning of entire 40 km Metro Rail Network, which is one of India's biggest Metro Rail Network commissioning in one go. At present, he is working as Deputy Director General with Department of Telecommunication, Ministry of Communications, New Delhi handling DoT's PSU affairs.

He is presently in the Telecom Policy Management in Department of Telecommunications Head Quarters. He is presently a Deputy Director General (Carrier Services).
