With an over 20-year experience in Romanian-Chinese relations, in 2006 he was awarded the PhD diploma in Public International Law with a specialization in Consular Law.
He has worked in prestigious state institutions, holding several management positions over his more than 30 years of activity.
He is head of the P.R. of China Relation Department within the National Union of Romanian Employers.
