The Holland Onion Association (HOA) forms part of the Fresh Produce Centre. The Fresh Produce Centre is the Dutch chain organisation for companies operating in the food production industry. The Fresh Produce Centre was founded in 2014 by merging the trade association Frugi Venta (2001) and the Dutch Produce Association (DPA).
