The Institute was created in 2010 by Chris Hanks as a platform to help CEOs and business owners lead successful and fulfilling lives. We are led by a small staff and about forty influential voices in entrepreneurship that comprise our Board of Trustees. All share a commitment to mastering the hardest job that exists in business - growth... In this vein, we have chosen not to list our Board of Trustees, academic scholars, and experts on our website. Instead of attempting to impress with our bios and vitae, The Institute represents one community with a core belief in the power of growing entrepreneurs... Together we dive into the latest thought leadership and develop approaches to practical application. We learn what can't be googled and hold ourselves and each other accountable. And from this work, we support the growth of over 475 CEOs, business owners, executives, emerging leaders, and students.
