Mr. Howard Chang is the Director of Marketing for International Future. He graduated from Shaanxi University of Science and Technology and the University of Bristol (ranked 29th in the world) with a master's degree in education. His main research interests are education technology and the use of artificial intelligence in education. He is currently a EdD candidate at the Open University, UK, and is conducting research on the application of artificial intelligence in education with Dr. Wayne Holmes, PhD, Oxford University. Mr. Zhang worked at Shaanxi University of Science and Technology for three years from 2012-2015, and has held teaching and consulting positions at Xueyou Education under the China Care for the Next Generation Growth Committee and New Oriental Education.

Mr. Joe Jones is the Director of Education for International Future. He has undertaken a world leading master's programme from the University of Oxford, where he specialised in teacher education. He possesses over seven years' international teaching experience and has developed a deep understanding of various international curricula. Mr. Jones is very knowledgeable regarding the educational landscape within China and has successfully secured admission for many students into top international and bilingual schools in numerous major cities across the country. Moreover, he has facilitated the admissions process for a number of Chinese students looking to secure places at leading UK boarding schools and universities.
