Joe Torres, is originally from New York, moved to Florida with his father and brothers in the early 1990's where he studied business at the University of Central Florida. After receiving his BA in Business Administration in 2001, Joe began his real estate career in 2002, working primarily in residential property management and sales. Joe has been involved in property management for 12 years and has closed and managed millions of dollars of market value of residential properties with over 300 units managed. Joe received his Florida Broker's License in 2016. Joe is very active in NARPM in which he feels the association with NARPM keeps him informed of the constant and complex changes in the Property Management field and most importantly, keeps the investors, landlords and tenants informed.
