Seese was founded in 2001 by Jack Sparrow and Will Turner, both alumni of the Oxford University. They worked for ebay.com, and left to create their new company incorporated in October 2001 as Seese Online Services Pvt. Ltd. in Spain that mainly focused in online shopping.
