We negotiate fair, but competitive, rates from our shippers and for our carriers and we have a large number of shippers we service and thousands of carriers we utilize to execute our shippers' loads... We schedule pick-up and delivery appointments. We form strong bonds with shippers and receivers alike to facilitate difficult and timely load execution when other brokers can't do so. We are experts in port and US military movements... We've worked hard to perfect the way we do business over the years, ensuring each load shares the same process…over and over. Of course, this perfection effort is still a work in progress and any help or suggestions to achieve perfection are greatly appreciated! It may sound boring, but using the same process makes every booking efficient and eliminates surprises, while helping to greatly minimize broken loads for both us and our shippers and carriers.
