I have over a decade of post-qualification counselling experience with individual clients aged 17 and above. I am also a counselling supervisor and have been working with trainee and qualified counsellors in this capacity since 2019. After completing a Level 3 certificate in counselling, I went on to study at Roehampton University from 2009-2013, attaining an MA in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy with distinction... Since that time, my continuing professional development has included post-graduate certification training in Relational Supervision, Person-Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression, Schema Therapy and Attachment Based Therapy, as well as short courses in couple therapy, trauma therapy and mindfulness. I am currently working towards Schema Therapy accreditation with the ISST, and am training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), an integrative therapy developed to treat trauma/PTSD.
