KATIE

Katie Ayala, M.Ed., is an experienced Yoga Teacher and Embodiment Coach in the Salt Lake Valley. She teaches public and private classes, both in person and virtually. Katie is passionate about offering and taking continuing education and has trained in alignment based yoga, functional movement, yoga therapy, yoga nidra guided meditation, and pranayama breath work. Katie is 500RYT and a continuing education provider with the Yoga Alliance. She is a level 1 Yoga Therapist and has over 20 years working in education.
