In a career journey of 25 years primarily in the education field. Dato' Eswaran E Perumal career started as a teacher, educating and inspiring hundreds of thousands of students to excel in the national level Examination Board exams since year 1998. To make the contribution greater he started E - Suria Training Academy, a student's enhancement center focusing mainly in Shah Alam, Subang and Klang providing specialized coaching classes for both primary and secondary students in the national and international school. He also founded ES Tutorial Ventures Sdn Bhd to launch nationwide seminars to assist UPSR, PT3 and SPM students to score in the Malay Language subject. The series of seminars provided by him was the Smart Study Skills, Dr.BM, Fantastic 4, LADAP (Latihan Dalam Perkhidmatan bagi guru - guru) program guided more than 100 000 student and thousands of teachers every year and became the largest physical and online seminar provider throughout the country including Sabah and Sarawak. AGARAM Malaysia was another brainchild of Dato' Eswaran to provide education guidance through exam workshops, yoga classes and motivation talks to the Malaysia Indian Community especially students from B40 families and rural area students to strive excellent academic results and also creates way for the student to lead their families to transform economically and socially. He was awarded the title Munsyi by Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka for his precision and expertise in the Malay Language and also received Anugerah Citra Sahabat DBP and Tokoh Ujana DBP for his effort to dignify the Malay Language at the national level. Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka also awarded Dato Eswaran with Anugerah Sahabat DBP in the individual category year 2017. Dato Eswaran have written several academic books for Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka and also published the Rahsia Tatabahasa book which was a bestseller and sold more than 90 000 books in the whole country within a short span of time. He was interviewed by TV8 and ASTRO Vaanavil and articles on his vision towards education transformation and the mission to distinguish Malay Language was published in Dewan Siswa magazine and Makkal Osai daily news. Widening the idea of business into real estate field made him as an evolving property investor. Bumi Sukses Hartanah Sdn Bhd was involved in investments, buying and selling residential and commercial properties actively and passively around Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Another milestone of Dato Eswaran entrepreneurship journey were into the food and beverage industry revolutionizing the banana leaf restaurant business with lots of invention and trendsetting ideas that became an inspiration to the entire industry to transform the way how a banana leaf meal to be presented especially an idea of him made his way into the Malaysian Book of Record awarded for the largest "Sembu" structure in Malaysia. His brilliant ideas to market the Naatamai Banana Leaf Bistro with its Naatamai mascot, varieties of biryani, signature dishes, food fusion, large screen display and live band performance creates a festive feel throughout the year to food lovers from all over the country and globally. Along the way Dato Eswaran has also been awarded as Malaysian Young Entrepreneur Award for the Corporate Social Responsibility category in year 2015. In year 2021 Dato Eswaran have been appointed as the bureau chief for Pendidikan Sahabat Selangor and Malaysia. He was also appointed as Adjunct Professor at MAHSA University in year 2022. As his life continues to impact in many people life's and families as a mentor to aspire great success in every field that he has involved be it the education, real estate or the food and beverage. Logan is the Chief Executive Officer of Kanzun Ventures Management responsible for the strategic positioning of the organization at international level. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial and professional services industry, leading corporate strategy, business development, and product development throughout Malaysia and the Middle East. Prior to joining Kanzun Ventures Management, he held leadership roles in Qatar National Bank and HSBC Bank Malaysia. He was recognized for his achievements in successfully transforming the retail banking business model and drove the business growth in Malaysia and the Middle East. Logan has also involved in the advisory role and early stage fund raising for several startups in Singapore.

En. Mohd Redzuan Devan Abdullah was K & N Kenanga Holding Berhad's former Group Chief Operating Officer responsible for the development of Kenanga's 5-year transformation program, information technology as well as equity broking operations. The transformation program included the development of a data warehouse, automated workflows which significantly reduced turnaround time for account opening and credit processing, development of a customer frontend which used data in the warehouse to customise the user experience. En. Redzuan was the Chairman of the Group Operational Risk committee, as well as a member of various committees in Kenanga including Group Information Technology Steering Committee, Transformation Project Steering Committee and Group Exco. En. Redzuan was also responsible for the setting up of Kenanga's BCM infrastructure, as part of his responsibility as Group COO.
